It is a special rate where you check in at 9 am and check out at 9 pm the following day, giving you a full day and a half of hotel access for the price of one night.

When can I check in and out?
Check-in starts at 9 am on your arrival day. Check-out is strictly by 9 pm on your departure day.

Which locations are participating?
The offer is valid at all Rove Hotels across UAE, subject to availability.

Do I need a promo code?
No code is needed. Just ensure you select the 36-Hour Staycation rate when booking via rovehotels.com.

Facilities & Perks

Can I use the pool and gym until 9 pm?
Yes. You have full access to all hotel facilities, including the pool, gym, and co-working spaces, until your 9 pm check-out.

Is breakfast included?
The offer is for room-only or You can book 36 hour with breakfast while booking. or you can add breakfast at The Daily (restaurant) for a special Rover price during your stay

Is there free parking?
Yes, self-parking is available and free for all Rovers staying at the hotel.

Can I get the 36-hour stay if I book a different offer?
No. This 36-hour staycation benefit is only available when you specifically select the 36-hour Staycation rate. It cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or standard rates.

Is there any additional feed?
Rate excludes 10% service charge, 7% municipality fee, and 5% VAT. & AED 10 Tourism Dirham fee per room per night applies, payable at check-in.

Is this valid on weekends?
The offer is subject to availability and black-out dates may apply during public holidays or major events.
