In this itinerary you can find several healthy activities to do in Dubai, we guarantee that you won’t ran out of things to do!
8am – Arrival and Beach Jogging:
Arrive at Rove Healthcare City and take your bags (or your companion!) for a spin on the Rove luggage cart. Start your day with the all-day, complimentary detox water with lemon and lime before jumping on the Rove shuttle bus to local hangout Kite Beach to start your day afresh with a sunrise jog on the golden sands.
11am – Surf house:
After a morning dip in turquoise waters at Kite Beach, take a lesson at Surf and SUP school – the UAE’s original surf and standup paddle school. The combination of wave climate, beautiful water temperatures, and year round sunshine make Dubai an ideal location for learning to surf and paddle.
Timings: 7am to 6.30pm.
2pm – The Courtyard Playhouse:
After a healthy lunch at The Daily, check out the afternoon workshops at The Courtyard Playhouse such as ‘Improv for adults’, or ‘Intensive clowning’ which guarantees an afternoon of giggles.
Timings: Sunday-Thursday 9am-6pm.
Price: workshops from AED 370.
4pm – Bounce Trampoline Park:
Looking for a fun but different way to exercise? Then look no further than Bounce Dubai! Bounce has the biggest indoor trampoline parks in Dubai, Abu Dhabi & Al Ain with hundreds of trampolines and other exciting activities for all to enjoy.

7pm – Giant Bike Tours:
Want to see Dubai whilst staying active? Giant Bike Tours offers the easiest, breeziest way to see Dubai’s top sights—on two wheels. Take the three-hour bike tour around Downtown to spot some of the city’s iconic buildings, such as the Burj Khalifa, Emirates Towers and Dubai Opera.
