The flash sale is valid for bookings made between 23rd and 29th March 2026.
What are the stay dates for this offer?
Stays are valid anytime until 30th April 2026.
Are all taxes included in the AED 99 price?
No. Rates exclude 10% service charge, 7% municipality fee, 5% VAT, and AED 10 Tourism Dirham fee per room per night.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
No. All bookings are 100% non-refundable and cannot be changed or modified once confirmed.
Is there a maximum length of stay?
You can book a maximum of 5 nights per reservation under this promotion.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your card will be charged anytime after the booking is confirmed. Failed transactions will result in automatic cancellation.
How many guests can stay in one room?
Our Rover Rooms comfortably accommodate 2 adults and 1 child.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 2:00 PM. Early or late options are subject to availability and a nominal fee.
