Are pets allowed in the hotel?

No, sorry! Don’t pack your pooch, as pets are not allowed in Rove Downtown.

Do you allow smoking in the hotel?

Rove hotels follow a healthy non-smoking policy with designated outdoor smoking areas that a Rovester will be happy to direct you to should you need.

Do you have a business centre?

Every Rove hotel has an open space furnished with iMac computers for Rovers to use at no cost. You’ll also find a variety of co-working spaces fitted with universal 220V power sockets and plenty of USB outlets with high-speed WiFi for optimum connectivity.

Do you provide airport transfer to/from the airport?

Yes! We can transport you between Rove Downtown and the airport on time for an additional charge. Reach out to our Happiness Centre via hello@rovehotels.com or WhatsApp for more information.

If I arrive early, could I still use your facilities before check-in?

100%! We’d love you to start enjoying the hotel facilities as soon as you arrive, even if that’s before you get your room! Feel free to head to the gym, pool or sit down and have a play with any of the games around our public spaces; try your hand at foosball, video games or table tennis and use our changing facilities to freshen up at your convenience.

Is your pool heated?

We do one better than that, we keep our pool at a climate comfy temperature to suit the season.

What are your check-in/out times?

To ensure your room is Rover-ready, the check-in time is from 4 pm. We offer a laid-back check-out of 2 pm giving you enough time for one last dip in the pool or a last-minute shop.

What are your swimming pool timings?

You can take a dip in our saltwater outdoor pool between 8 am and 8 pm every day.

Are your rooms wheelchair accessible?

We have several rooms tailored for people of determination in the hotel, featuring a height-accessible bed, sink and toilet and roll-in shower. Our hotel entrance, elevator and common areas are also fully wheelchair accessible.

Do you have a kitchenette?

Our rooms don’t come equipped with a kitchenette. However, they do have a mini-fridge for stocking your own snacks and drinks that are available to buy from the hotel convenience store.

Do you have an extra bed in the room?

Our Rover Rooms come equipped with a sofa bed for extra wiggle room – great for accompanying kids.

Do you have interconnecting rooms for families?

Yes! We try our best to keep your dearest the nearest and have made sure that 30% of all our rooms are interconnecting. Just let our Rovesters know at check-in and they’ll do their best to make it happen (subject to availability).

Do you have international TV channels?

Yes, we do! You can flick through our channels for a limited selection of English, Arabic, Russian, Italian, French and Spanish speaking channels. We’ve even thrown in some options for the kids.

Do you offer a luggage room?

All of our hotels have an easy-access self-service locker room to store your luggage pre & post-checkout.

Do you offer laundry service?

We’ve got a fully-equipped self-service Laundromat where you can wash, dry and iron for a small fee instead. However, dry cleaning and other express laundry services are available at request. Ask our Rovesters at the Front Desk for more info.

What are your gym timings?

We know that for many people keeping fit is a lifestyle and not a choice, so we keep our gym open 24hrs a day, 7 days a week.

What do you do to keep your hotels clean and sanitized?

We’ve left no stone unturned in fighting the good fight to keep our Rovers and Rovesters safe, including our enhanced sanitisation programme and plenty of hand sanitizers throughout the hotel.

What kind of electrical socket type will I need?

We don’t discriminate and neither do our sockets – we use the 220V universal kind throughout the hotel, so no need to pack your adaptor. We’ve also got plenty of USB ports across our Rover Rooms and public areas to keep your hand-held devices charged and ready to use.

Is your hotel eco-friendly?

Yes! And we’re so glad you asked as it’s very important to us. All Rove Hotels are proudly Green Key certified, a prestigious ‘green’ label (awarded to only 2,900 hotels worldwide) recognising our environmental responsibility and sustainable operation within the tourism industry.

Do you offer parking at the hotel?

Yes, drive-in and self-park whilst spaces last.

Do you have an ATM on-site?

Not at this Rove, but you won’t have to walk far from the hotel to find one.

Is there a supermarket close to the hotel?

Handily situated in our hotel lobby, you’ll find a convenience store stocked with all the essentials and a few extra bits including tasty snacks and freshly brewed Starbucks coffee up for grabs.

How far is Dubai Mall from the hotel?

We are very close! The hotel is less than 10 minutes walking distance from The Dubai Mall.

Do you serve breakfast? What’s included?

Our breakfast buffet runs from 7 am to 10.30 am, 7 days a week. It includes a buffet of fruits, pastries, cereals and cheeses, as well as freshly cooked dishes from the kitchen and all-you-can-drink coffee.

Do you serve alcohol?

Yes, the hotel restaurant offers a menu that includes a selection of international beers, wines and spirits, as well as cocktails and mocktails for the fun of it.
