Yes, you can hold the space, but not without paying a deposit and agreeing to our terms of service in the contract. To place a hold on the space, please submit a request here and someone from our Events Team will get back to you as soon as possible with a quote.

Our Events Team will be happy to walk you through each space’s terms of use, but here are the basics:

• No smoking
• No open flames or pyrotechnics
• Do not damage the wall

Each hotel has a select few spaces for our Rovers that are on a first come, first serve basis. These are either in the hotel basement or surrounding area. To be fair to all guests, we can not reserve these for you. Alternatively, you can access Rove Hotels via the public transport, just ask a Rovester to direct you.

Sometimes… If you’re planning multiple events in a year, we can also discuss a concession for long-term contracts.

When you have your event at Rove, you will always get:

For a few Dirhams extra you can get:

• Handheld and lapel microphones
• Video conferencing
• Teleconference facility

As long as it has been pre-booked, then that won’t be a problem. We’ll make sure to lock the room at the end of the day and re-open it up the following one so that you can continue. Should you want to extend your event, ask one of our events team to check the room’s availability for you.

All projectors and screen can be connected via HDMI or VGA inputs. We also use a wireless dongle that can mirror your laptop to screen. Feel free to bring your own equipment if you feel you need it, or we are happy to connect you to our preferred AV vendor.

• Chargers for any devices you bring
• HDMI/VGA adaptors for your computer (incase you require one)
• Sticky notes, notebooks, and writing utensils

We have a store of modular tables that can create varied shapes and a selection of seating options such as balance balls, beanbags and regular desk-chair seating. If you have something else in mind, we’ll see how we can accommodate. You’ll also get access to a flipchart and AV equipment, with the option of catering too.
